On March 19, 2014, the OV Board approved the use of an emergency phone tree to expedite communication within the community should an event occur that would cause and immenient and immediate threat to the healthy and safety of the community. The tree is set up so that the five Board members would each call either three or four residents who have in turn agreed to contact 4-6 fellow residents to notify them of the issue. Any resident who becomes aware of a serious threat should contact any Board member who would then set the phone tree in motion. If you would like to access a copy of the phone tree, click on OV Map, Directory and Phone Tree in the column on the left of the homepage.
